I heard the wind
When Michael went to
The sky
Songs of love and laughter
Yet pain within the Bardo’s
As he cried
Yet a cloud
Lay waiting
The magical child within
So songs in the wind
Innocence within the breeze
You loved my music
I love you
As each song to a part of me
Reclusive may it be
As all it wanted to be
Was a child I’d lost
That innocence of youth
So now the magical child sings
To you soft sounds of the wind
And the beauty
Of the moon walking
Across the sky
Saying, I love you
Love you all
As Van Gogh sat and painted the moon.
